J/24 Change of Ownership Declaration – Class Association Payments

NOTE: This Declaration may only be used for boats that have a current Measurement Certificate, and no changes have been made to the boat since it was last measured. Measurement Certificates are only produced for current members of the International J/24 Class Association. Your current member number is required to complete this form.

Completion and submission of this form certifies that the J/24 Class member listed below is the new owner of the described J/24. To the owner’s best knowledge and belief, said boat is in full compliance with the current IJCA Rules, and has not been altered in any manner since the measurements contained in most recent Measurement Certificate were taken.
